Hi!
I am the host of the 'Sensitive Flower Podcast' ~
Available on Apple, Spotify, my Substack, and Patreon, or wherever you listen to podcasts.

I also share my work on Substack and Patreon as 'Sensitive Flower', where I publish poetry and essays that delve beneath the surface to explore why we do what we do, what brings us joy, pain, and all the shades in between.

My latest film, entitled 'One Day', which I wrote, produced, and directed, follows a woman who wakes up to find herself on the first day the world transitions into a matriarchy.

Other selected projects include co-producing the one-woman solo show The Road Back, which played at The Chain Theatre in NYC, and acting in the film Hair Trigger about the emotional effects of a school shooting on a mother and her daughter.
